— Al Howar Engineering Consultation

One firm. Every phase. No handoff gaps.

Architecture, engineering, and construction managed under a single accountability structure—so the design intent reaches the site intact and the schedule holds.

Built around a single structural belief

Most project delays originate in the gap between design and site. When the architect hands off to a separate contractor, intent gets reinterpreted, authority submissions get revised, and weeks disappear.

Al Howar was structured to close that gap permanently. Design decisions are made with construction sequencing already in view. Permit submissions are drafted against authority requirements from day one—not retrofitted after design is complete.

Dubai-registered and active across UAE authority processes, we carry direct working knowledge of DDA, Trakhees, and municipality submission timelines into every project brief.

Building Construction

Direct execution of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects—site management, materials coordination, and schedule control held by the same team that ran the design phase.

Design development, schematic documentation, and authority-submission drawing packages for commercial and residential projects across Dubai and the UAE.

Structural, civil, and MEP engineering carried inside the same team that produced the design—so specification intent transfers directly to site without interpretation.
